I had a mixed experience at the Hilton Columbus Downtown. The location was excellent for attending my conference, thanks to the convenient sky bridge connecting to the convention center. However, my stay was marred by the valet service, which cost me significantly and left me feeling frustrated by the handling of my vehicle. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, but the great elements of the hotel were somewhat overshadowed by these issues.

My stay at Hilton Columbus Downtown was quite enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided great service, but I did face some issues with check-in and dining hours. The overall vibe of the hotel was modern and clean, which I appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Columbus Downtown, but it wasn't without its hiccups. The location is fantastic, especially for conventiongoers like myself. the new tower and Fyr restaurant are standout features with very nice food and service. However, the noise from the HVAC system and hallway could be quite disruptive at times, which impacted my overall comfort.
